Information, Tips Tricks and faqs about Butlins, Butlins Caravan Village and Cindy’s Caravans.

• All our caravans

  are on the Butlins Skegness Caravan Village how do i get there and the address for Butlins Skegness, Sat nav post code: PE25 1NJ. Simply follow the A52 from Skegness to Mablethorpe. You can’t miss us, we’re just 3 miles from the town centre and well signposted  Butlins caravan Village the site entrance is on the opposite side of the road to the main entrance and signposted day visitors and Caravan Village you will need to show your Booking reference at the Security gate or if your returning from a day trip your Wristbands. You can find your caravan by looking at the Butlins Skegness Caravan Map

• The price of your Holiday includes

  Gas, Electricity, Water and cooking utensils As well as four entertainment passes which give you access to the main resort facilities and entertainment additional passes can be purchased from ourselves up to the maximum occupancy of the caravan.
  Adult Music weekends wristbands are an extra purchase and are per person.

• Butlins Wristbands /passes.

  Wristbands Must be shown when entering the caravan village or entering any Butlins Facility including Swimming, Quasar, Reds, and all other entertainment areas every person over the age of 24 months has to show a wristband. Please look after your passes as there is a substantial cost from Butlins for Lost or replacements. Wristbands give full use of Butlins facilities the same as staying on the main resort and cannot be purchased directly from Butlins or on arrival.

• Duvets

  , Mattress Protectors & Pillows are provided, the hirer must provide their own bed linen & towels. Please check our Caravan pages to see what’s supplied inside each of Cindy’s Butlins Caravans

• Payments

  Can be paid by debit card over the phone “sorry no credit cards”. by bank transfer over the internet ( directly into a Barclays bank ) {details sent on request } or Paid in at your local local Bank branch details sent on request. Payments can be seen on your payments page by visiting prices page and clicking on your Name on your holiday date.

•  Balance

  The Balance of your holiday must be paid in full 8 weeks or less prior to your holiday commencement date (this can be seen at the bottom of your  payments page) unless you have agreed and kept up with a Instalment plan please contact us for details. Should you book your Butlins caravan holiday 8 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount will be due when your booking has been confirmed by Cindy’s Caravans.

• Additional £50

  will be billed to the hirer of the caravan to cover Breakages or damage , which will be returned after your holiday once the caravan has been checked The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition when you leave and no damage the bond is normally returned in 7 days to the paypal account or debit card you paid on.

• Change your Booking

  If you need to change amend or alter you booking there is no additional charge Until the booking form has been sent to Butlins Caravan Village, Butlins then Charge administration fees and late charges please contact us ASAP if you have any changes or see any errors on your payments page.

• Smoking

  No Smoking is allowed in the caravan If you smoke in our vans you will be charged £150 deep clean charge!

• Dogs

  Dogs are permitted 0n the Butlins Skegness caravan site in Selected caravans at a cost of £60 please contact us for more details with the breed and age Before booking Dogs are Not allowed inside the main resort and must be kept on a lead at all times when on the caravan park. There are bins provided and dedicated dog walking areas on the park.  No other type of pets are permitted into the resort.

• Check in

  time is 4PM on day of arrival and departure time is 10am on day of departure. You can arrive/remain on resort prior/after this time.

• 8 Berth

  caravans have three bedrooms and a pull out bed in the living room 6 berth caravans have two bedrooms and a pull out bed in the living room all our caravans are the larger size 40′ x  13′

• How Far way are the caravans.

  They are often closer than the chalets the furthest caravan is a twelve minute walk to the main resort the nearest about 4 minutes. There is a train that go’s around the site every 30 min’s picking people up and and dropping off at the main resort and around the caravan village see our Butlins Caravan facebook page for timetable there is also a map of the Butlins caravan site to help you find your way around.

• Where can we eat

  Food can be purchased onsite from one of fourteen eating areas on the Butlins resort there are also food shops on the main resort. Caravans have all the usual cooking facilities and utensils. There is also many pubs bars and eating areas outside the resort close by. Tescos Express is close to the resort in Ingoldmells and the Main Tesco Lidol Coop Morrisons and The New Aldi are Located in Skegness.

• Where is the nearest to Butlins Skegness

• The Nearest Chip Shop and Takeaways  are inside the Big tent “The Skyline” there is also a Burger king, and a Pizza take away which delivers to the caravan. The next about the same distance is  shahz takeaway Tel 01754 899106 who also deliver to the mane gate Located down back lane see map they do all the usual takeaway including Indian food Pizza Chips and kebabs and are a cheaper option.
• The closest petrol Station is the COOP petrol station turn right out of the Butlins caravan village travel for about a mile and a half on Roman Bank the Coop is on your left. The next petrol station is a mile further up the road keep going straight and you will come to the Tesco Superstore or turn right for the morrisons superstore and petrol station.

• The nearest place for food shopping is inside the skyline but if your doing a bigger shop there is the tesco express in ingoldmells just turn left out of the gate Tesco express is about a mile away or there are all the superstores inside Skegness and if you don’t want to drive you can get Tesco to deliver to the Butlins Caravan Village main entrance Yes Tesco Deliver to Butlins.
• Nearest Medical Centre and Chemist is turn left out of the gates and its 500 yards on the Left but its only open Mon to Fri 8.am till 6.pm 

• How to not get scammed when booking a holiday

1/ Never book from Ebay / Gumtree / or any social media site these sites allow scammers to steal genuine photos and details of holidays and when they have full payment disappear with your money,   

2/ If in any doubt call the apartment or site owners for Butlins it would be  Butlins Caravan village Tel 01754 614444.

3/A Genuine trader will always have the ability to take Visa card payments online and over the phone. do not trust anyone If the only payment option is a bank transfer or internet banking . Not only is this an indication that no bank is prepared to provide credit card facilities, but if you are dealing with a scammer it will be virtually impossible to get your money back.

4/ Check the web address is legitimate and has not been manipulated by slight changes to a domain name, such as going from .co.uk to .org. .net .biz or the name is misspelled slightly  going from ButlinsBreak.co.uk  to DutlinsBreak.net You can also check the details of the domain name of the website at who.is – when was it registered? Recently could indicate an issue, while if the address is anonymous and information about the person or organisation that registered it cannot be viewed that could also be a warning sign.

5/ If your holiday is unbelievably cheap or a hugely discounted then in all probability, it is going to be to good to be true. We all love a bargain but its not worth the gamble of being ripped off.
